摘要
黑龙江省黑河市逊克县的玛瑙产业具备资源储备富集、文化底蕴丰厚、发展历史悠久、产品丰富多样等特点,近年逊克县为发展玛瑙产业制定了明确的发展规划,产业知名度得到不断提升,但同时逊克县的玛瑙产业发展也面临着资源管理难度较大、市场秩序亟待规范、产业链条还未形成等困境,为此应通过将玛瑙矿权下放至地方,增强招商引资力度,利用市场融资支持重点项目建设,提升从业人员素质,培育本地乡土人才等路径进一步加快发展逊克县玛瑙产业.

The agate industry in Xunke County,Heihe City,Heilongjiang Province has the characteristics of rich resource reserves,rich cultural deposits,long development history,and rich and diverse products.In recent years,Xunke County has formulated a clear development plan for the development of agate industry,and the industry visibility has been continuously improved.But at the same time,there are some difficulties in resource management in the development of agate industry in Xunke County:market order needs to be standardized,and industrial chain has not yet formed,etc.Therefore,we should delegate the agate mining right to the local,promote investment,support the construction of key projects with market financing,improve the quality of employees,and cultivate local talents,etc.,so as to further accelerate the development of Xunke County agate industry.
