老旧小区改造中居民改造意愿的提升策略

摘要
为推进老旧小区改造步伐,提升老旧小区居民的改造意愿,采用KANO模型与层次分析法(AHP)探讨不同老旧小区改造项目对居民改造意愿的影响程度因素,可从优化市场运行环境和提升市场监管效率两个方面进行改进,因而可明确居民对老旧小区改造的需求,提升老旧小区改造方案的适应性,以提升老旧小区改造中居民的改造意愿.
Abstract
In order to promote the pace of renovation of old residential areas and enhance the willingness of residents to transform,the study explores the influencing factors of different renovation projects on residents'willingness to transform with KANO model and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).It can be improved from the optimization of the market operating environment and the efficiency of market supervision.Therefore,it is suggested to clarify the residents'demand for the reconstruction of old residential areas,and improve the adaptability of the reconstruction scheme of old residential areas,so as to improve the residents'willingness in the reconstruction of old residential areas.
