摘要
多方资源支持与在购销环节采用数电票模式对于加快企业物资采购供应链上下游的发展具有重要意义.通过搭建数电票结算协同平台,可为供应链上下游、非招标流程的标准化、废旧物资处置、闲置物资调剂等业务提供全新支撑与高效服务.以国能e购商城为例,数电票结算协同平台有利于集聚与整合资源,形成产业技术创新链.有利于扩大规模,提升产业核心竞争力,促进产业结构优化升级.平台服务对象范围广泛,有利于形成持续与稳定的上下游供应链关系并产生良好的服务效果,助力供应链行业高质高效发展.数电票结算协同平台的建设与运营可为其他产业服务的标准化、信息化建设提供的良好示范效应,从而支持中小企业发展.
Abstract
Multi-resource support and the use of digital invoice mode in the purchase and sale link are of great significance to accelerate the upstream and downstream development of enterprise material procurement supply chain.Through the construction of digital invoice settlement cooperation platform,new support and efficient services for the upstream and downstream of the supply chain,the standardization of non-bidding process,the disposal of waste materials,and the adjustment of idle materials can be provided.Through taking national energy e-purchase as an example,the digital invoice settlement collaborative platform is conducive to gathering and integrating resources,and forming an industrial technology innovation chain;and to expanding the scale,enhancing the core competitiveness of the industry,and promoting the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.The platform serves a wide range of objects,which is conducive to forming a continuous and stable upstream and downstream supply chain relationship and producing good service effects,which promotes the high-quality and efficient development of the supply chain industry.The construction and operation of the digital invoice settlement collaborative platform can provide good demonstration effect for the standardization and information construction of other industrial services,so as to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
