考虑壁后注浆效果的叠落隧道下穿桥桩数值模拟研究

摘要
在城市地铁隧道开挖过程中,由于场地环境限制,会出现隧道左右线采用上下重叠形式穿越既有桥桩的情况.为探究叠落隧道下穿对桥桩的影响机理,依托某市地铁A站-B站区间叠落盾构隧道工程,考虑不同壁后注浆效果,利用FLAC3D数值模型,分析临近桥桩位移响应情况.结果表明,较差的壁后注浆效果会导致桥桩产生较大位移,难以满足施工要求,当壁后注浆效果较好时,极大地改善了这种现象,基本可以满足施工要求.叠落隧道宜采用快硬早强的浆液防止对桥桩产生较大扰动.
Abstract
During the excavation process of urban subway tunnels,due to the limitations of the site environment,there may be situations where the left and right lines of the tunnel overlap to pass through existing bridge piles.In order to explore the influence mechanism of overlapped tunnel undercrossing on bridge piles,based on the overlapping tunnel project between station A and station B of a subway station in a city,the study uses FLAC3D numerical model,and analyzes the displacement response of adjacent bridge piles under the consideration of different grouting effects behind the wall.The results show that the poor grouting effect behind the wall will lead to a large displacement of the bridge pile,which is difficult to meet the construction requirements.When the grouting effect after the wall is better,this phenomenon is greatly improved,which can basically meet the construction requirements.The fast-hard and early-strength slurry should be used in the overlapped tunnel to prevent large disturbance to the bridge pile.
