摘要
针对拉挤工艺制备的玻璃纤维增强酚醛树脂基复合材料,研究了不同温度对材料外观形貌的影响及材料厚度、树脂含量、填料种类和玻璃纤维纱软化点等因素对材料耐高温性能的影响.结果表明,玻璃纤维增强酚醛树脂基复合材料在按照标准升温曲线加热过程中经历了4个阶段的变化,材料厚度越厚、树脂含量越高、玻璃纤维纱软化点越高及选用可瓷化填料等有利于提高制品的耐高温性能.
Abstract
The effects of different temperatures on the morphology of the glass fiber reinforced phenolic resin matrix composites prepared by the pull-out process were studied.The effects of the thickness,resin content,filler type,glass fiber yarn softening point and other factors on the high temperature resistance of the composites were studied.The results showed that the glass fiber reinforced phenolic resin matrix composites underwent four stages of change during the heating process according to the standard heating curve.The thicker the composites,the higher the resin content,the higher the softening point of the glass fiber yarn and the selection of porcelainizable filler are conducive to improving the high temperature resistance of the products.
