新型微器件因其微小体积和高效能量转换等特点而备受关注.热电发电器、热光伏电池、热离子器件和热辐射电池等构成了新型微器件,为推动新能源开发及有效回收余热提供了有效途径,这些固态能量转换器件在两个不同温度的热源间运作,以物理机制将热能部分高效转化为电能,呈现出卓越的功率密度和转换效率.探讨了新型能量转换微器件的热力学特性,结果表明,这些新型微器件在能量转换效率方面表现出色,可满足人们对清洁、高效能源的迫切需求,为能源转换技术的发展提供支持.
Abstract
New microdevices have attracted much attention due to their small size and high efficiency in energy conversion.Thermoelectric generators,thermal photovoltaic cells,thermionic devices and thermal radiation batteries constitute a new type of micro-devices,which provide an effective way to promote the development of new energy sources and effectively recover waste heat.These solid-state energy conversion devices operate between two heat sources at different temperatures,and convert the heat part into electrical energy efficiently by physical mechanism,showing excellent power density and conversion efficiency.The study explores the thermodynamic characteristics of new energy conversion microdevices.The results show that these new micro-devices perform well in energy conversion efficiency,which can satisfy the urgent need for clean and efficient energy,so as to provide support for the development of energy conversion technologies.
