摘要
Nod样受体蛋白3是细胞内固有免疫系统中识别病原菌的重要受体,主要在中枢神经系统的小胶质细胞中表达.小胶质细胞可通过激活NLRP3炎性小体释放炎性因子引起细胞凋亡,参与神经退行性疾病的发生发展过程.证明NLRP3炎症小体与神经退行性疾病之间存在密不可分的联系,抑制NLRP3炎性小体的激活对AD和其他NDs具有保护作用,并改善患者的认知能力.
Abstract
Nod-like receptor protein 3 is an important receptor for the recognition of pathogens in the intracellular innate immune system.It is mainly expressed in microglia of the central nervous system.Microglia can induce apoptosis by activating the NLRP3 inflammasome to release inflammatory factors and participate in the occurrence and development of neurodegenerative diseases.There is close relationship between NLRP3 inflammasome and neurodegenerative diseases.Inhibition of the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome has protective effect on AD and other NDs,and improves cognitive function in patients.
