摘要

为挖掘具有生物学活性的内生菌资源,给临床新型药物研究提供更多的筛选源,采用组织分离技术和划线法,从海南地区的新鲜叶下珠中分离纯化内生菌,通过试管梯度稀释法测定内生菌对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母菌等常见病原菌的抑菌活性.结果显示,从叶下珠中分离得到13株菌,其中YXZ-10对大肠埃希菌具有良好的抑菌效果,说明海南地区叶下株内生菌资源丰富,部分具有抑菌活性.

Abstract

In order to excavate endophytic resources that have biological activity,and to provide more screening sources for new clinical drug,the endophytes were isolated and purified from fresh Phyllanyhus in Hainan by tissue separation technique and lineation method.And the antibacterial activity of Phyllanthus endophyte against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans and other common pathogens is detected by test tube gradient dilution method.The results show that 13 strains are isolated from Phyllanyhus,among which YXZ-10 had great bacteriostasis effect on Escherichia coli.There are abundant endophytes resources in the Phyllanthus in Hainan,some of which have antibacterial activity.
