探讨尿毒症患者治疗中采用肾移植与血液透析的长期效果,为尿毒症患者提供更多安全有效的治疗方法.选取在某医院接受治疗的150例尿毒症患者样本,采用随机选样方式将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各75例患者.对照组进行血液透析治疗,实验组进行肾移植治疗,比较两组患者的营养状况、生活质量、睡眠质量及不良情绪情况.结果表明,实验组的营养水平得分显著优于对照组(P＜0.05);生活质量得分极显著地高于对照组(P＜0.01);实验组的不良情绪得分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),差异具有统计学意义.对尿毒症患者采用肾移植治疗能有效重建患者的肾脏机能并显著提升其生活质量.但受肾源紧张等因素的限制,血液透析仍然是治疗尿毒症最常用的替代疗法.实际应用中,应根据患者的具体情况选择最适宜的治疗方案,以达到最佳的治疗效果.
Abstract
The study explores the long-term effects of kidney transplantation and hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia patients,so as to provide more safe and effective treatment methods for uremia patients.The study randomly selects 150 uremia patients treated in a hospital,and divides them into experimental group and control group,with 75 patients in each group.The control group receive hemodialysis treatment,and the experimental group receive kidney transplantation treatment.The nutritional status,quality of life,quality of sleep and bad mood are compared between the two groups.The results show that the scores of nutrition level in the experimental group are significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life score is significantly higher than that of control group(P＜0.01).The negative emotion score of the experimental group is significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the difference is statistically significant.Kidney transplantation in uremia patients can effectively rebuild kidney function,and significantly improve their quality of life.However,limited by factors such as renal strain,hemodialysis is still the most commonly used alternative therapy for uremia.In practical application,the most appropriate treatment scheme should be selected according to the specific situation of patients to achieve the best therapeutic effect.
