摘要
运营管理模式是社会音乐教育机构实现其运营目标、提升绩效与获取持续竞争优势的有效途径.对运营管理模式选择影响因素相关研究进行文献综述,发现从宏观与微观理论视角出发,资源基础、动态能力及组织间关系、战略目标是运营管理模式选择的重要前因;从内部维度和外部维度出发,资源能力、领导者、企业文化及外部环境、利益相关者、行业与区域差异亦是运营管理模式选择的前因因素.未来相关研究应增加对质性研究等实证研究方法的应用,增强研究理论意识,综合考虑影响社会音乐教育机构运营管理模式的因素,以为社会音乐教育机构运营管理模式研究提供参考.
Abstract
Operation management model is an effective way for social music education institutions to achieve theiroperation objectives,improve performance,and obtain sustainable competitive advantages.Based on the literature review on the influencing factors of operation management model selection,it is found that resource base,dynamic capability,inter-organizational relationship and strategic goal are important antecedents of operation management model selection from the perspective of macro and micro theory.From the internal and external dimensions,resource capacity,leaders,corporate culture and external environment,stakeholders,industry and regional differences are also antecedents for the choice of operation management model.Inthe future,relevant research should increase the application of empirical research methods,such as qualitative research,enhance the awareness of research theories,and comprehensively consider the influencing factors of the operation andmanagement mode ofsocial music education institutions,so as to provide reference for the research on the operation andmanagement mode of social music education institutions.
