摘要
进一步提升养老服务的整体水平是实现共同富裕的重要举措之一,能够满足老年人多样化的养老需求.在共同富裕视阈下分析浙江省人口老龄化趋势下养老保障体系的不足,并结合浙江省养老服务"十四五"规划目标从完善养老服务保障、培养养老服务人才、推动城乡养老服务一体化等方面提出改善建议.
Abstract
Further improving the overall level of elderly care services is one of the important measures to achieve common prosperity,and can meet the diversified needs of the elderly.The study analyzes the deficiencies of the pension security system under the aging population trend in Zhejiang Province from the perspective of common prosperity,and puts forward improvement suggestions:to improve the pension service security,train the pension talents and integrate into the Yangtze River Delta integration pension system in combination with the"14th Five-Year Plan"of Zhejiang Province pension service.
