摘要
为研究社区文化养老对老年人生活质量的影响,采用综合性方法,调研问卷通过信效度检验.描述性统计结果显示,老年人普遍对社区环境、社交活动、健康管理及心理支持等给予较高评价.主成分分析结果显示,社区参与、健康管理及心理支持是影响老年人生活质量的关键因素,其中社区参与对老年人生活质量的影响最为显著.社区文化养老对老年人生活质量有积极影响,尤其是通过提供丰富多彩的社交活动、健康管理服务及有效的心理支持可以进一步提升老年人的生活质量.社区应继续提高养老服务的多样性和质量,特别是在社交活动和健康管理方面,同时应注重心理健康服务和人文关怀,为老年人提供更加全面的关爱和支持.
Abstract
In order to study the influence of community culture on the quality of life of the elderly,the study conducts comprehensive method.The questionnaire passes the reliability and validity test.The results of descriptive statistics show that the elderly generally highly evaluates community environment,social activities,health management and psychological support,etc.The results of principal component analysis show that community participation,health management and psychological support are the key influencing factors of the quality of life of the elderly,among which community participation has the mostly significant impact on the quality of life of the elderly.Community culture for the elderly has positive impact on the quality of life of the elderly,especially the quality of life of the elderly can be further improved by providing a variety of social activities,health management services and effective psychological support.The community should continue to improve the diversity and quality of elderly care services,especially in social activities and health management,while mental health services and humanistic care should be focused on to provide more comprehensive care and support for the elderly.
