芜湖市社区MCI老年人认知状况的性别差异及影响因素

摘要
为探究芜湖市社区MCI老年人认知现状及相关影响因素的性别差异,重点筛查老年人群认知状况,采取随机便利抽样法对安徽省芜湖市社区MCI老年人(≥60 岁)的基本信息、认知功能等状况进行调研,使用卡方检验与相关性分析对影响不同性别老年人认知的因素进行分析.结果显示,两个量表的男性平均得分均高于女性平均得分.Spearman相关分析显示,性别、是否午睡与MMSE、MoCA总分评分呈负相关关系,文化程度、运动、睡眠质量与MMSE、MoCA总分评分呈正相关关系.社区MCI老年人认知障碍有明显的性别差异,不同性别老年人发生认知障碍的共同因素主要集中在文化程度、运动与睡眠质量方面,女性需获得更多关注,尤其是文化程度低、睡眠质量差、不运动的老年女性群体.
Abstract
To explore the gender differences of the cognitive status and related influencing factors of the elderly with community MCI in Wuhu City,the study investigates the basic information and cognitive function of the elderly(≥60 years old)with MCI in a community in Wuhu City,Anhui Province with random convenience sampling method;and analyzes the influencing factors of the cognition of the elderly with different genders with Chi-square test and correlation analysis.The results show that the average score of men on both scales is higher than that of women.Spearman correlation analysis shows that gender and whether to nap are negatively correlated with the total score of MMSE and MoCA.While education level,exercise and sleep quality are positively correlated with the total score of MMSE and MoCA.There is significant gender difference in cognitive impairment among the elderly with MCI in the community.The common factors of cognitive impairment among the elderly with different genders mainly focus on education level,exercise quality and sleep quality.More attention should be paid to females,especially to the elderly women with low education level,poor sleep quality and no exercise.
