数字普惠金融对四川省农村居民收入的影响

数字普惠金融在提高农村居民收入方面展现出巨大潜力.选取四川省 21 个市(州)2011-2021 年的面板数据,通过构建多元线性回归模型探究数字普惠金融对农村居民收入的影响,并评估其在乡村振兴战略中的重要性.实证结果表明,四川省数字普惠金融的发展在提升农村居民收入及加速乡村振兴进程中发挥了显著的催化作用,但同时也面临着数字鸿沟、农村地区基础设施相对薄弱、数字化程度较低、部分农民对数字技术的了解和接受度较低等挑战.基于此,四川省应继续加强数字普惠金融基础设施建设,加大对农民的数字普惠金融宣传和培训力度,不断完善数字普惠金融的政策架构和制度设计,实现精准数字普惠,从而促进数字普惠金融有效提高农村居民收入,助力乡村振兴发展.
Abstract
Digital inclusive finance shows great potential in raising rural incomes.The study selects the panel data of 21 cities(prefectures)in Sichuan Province from 2011 to 2021,explores the impact of digital inclusive finance on rural residents'income through constructing a multiple linear regression model,and evaluates its importance in the rural revitalization strategy.The empirical results show that the development of digital inclusive finance in Sichuan Province has played a significant catalytic role in improving the income of rural residents,and accelerating the process of rural revitalization.But at the same time,there are also some challenges of digital divide,relatively weak infrastructure in rural areas,low digitalization degree,and low understanding and acceptance of digital technology by some farmers,etc.Based on this,Sichuan Province should continuously strengthen the construction of digital inclusive financial infrastructure,increase the publicity and training of digital inclusive financial for farmers,constantly improve the policy structure and system design of digital inclusive finance,and achieve accurate digital inclusive finance,so that digital inclusive finance can effectively improve the income of rural residents,and help rural revitalization and development.
