为深入了解高校毕业生就业情况及其影响因素,采用问卷调查法并借助SPSS 26.0 软件对问卷数据进行分析.信度检验结果表明,问卷的信度非常好,各问题间的一致性和稳定性较高.描述性统计分析发现,受访者整体对教育背景、个人能力、就业现状等持积极态度.效度分析显示,问卷中各变量间存在较高的相关性,因子分析有效.进一步进行主成分分析,得到教育背景、个人能力及职业规划3 个主成分,分别能有效解释受访者就业情况的关键因素.高校应加强教育质量和就业指导服务,强化学生个人能力和职业素养培养,鼓励学生持续学习,制订清晰的职业规划,以提升高校毕业生的就业竞争力,拓宽其职业发展前景.
Abstract
In order to deeply know the employment situation of college graduates and its influencing factors,the study analyzes the questionnaire data with questionnaire survey method and SPSS 26.0 software.The reliability test results show that the reliability of the questionnaire is very good,and the consistency and stability of each question are high.Descriptive statistical analysis finds that respondents generally hold positive attitude towards education background,personal ability and employment status,etc.The validity analysis show that there is high correlation among the variables in the questionnaire,and the factor analysis is effective.Further principal component analysis show that 3 principal components are obtained,i.e.education background,personal ability and career planning,which can effectively explain the key factors of the interviewees'employment situation respectively.Colleges and universities should strengthen the quality of education and employment guidance services,strengthen the cultivation of students'personal ability and professional quality,encourage students to continue learning,and formulate clear career plans,so as to enhance the employment competitiveness of college graduates,and broaden their career development prospects.
