摘要
为研究大学生职业规划与辅导员咨询服务之间的关系,通过描述性统计、Pearson相关性讨论、CRITIC权重法和线性回归分析等方法对匹配程度、服务评价、便利程度、规划认知和规划期望这5 个维度展开研究.结果显示,各维度在大学生职业规划与辅导员咨询服务的关联性方面存在一定差异,整体呈现相对均衡的趋势,且彼此间存在显著正相关关系,为后续分析提供了有力支持.其中,规划期望的权重占比最大,为47.235%,凸显了学生对做好未来职业规划的极大期望.由CRITIC权重法可知,服务评价(满意度)和便利程度(可及性)维度在0.01 的显著水平上对学生职业规划的认知有显著正向影响,表明学生对辅导员提供的咨询服务满意度越高其对职业规划的认知就越清晰.
Abstract
In order to study the correlation of college students'career planning and counselors'consulting services,the study analyzes matching degree,service evaluation,convenience,planning cognition and planning expectation with descriptive statistics,Pearson correlation discussion,CRITIC weight method and linear regression analysis.The results show that there are some differences in the correlation between college students'career planning and counselors'consulting services in all dimensions.The overall trend is relatively balanced,and there is significant positive correlation between them,which provides strong support for subsequent analysis.The weight of planning expectation accounts for the largest proportion,which is 47.235%,and it highlights the great expectation of students to do a good job in future career planning.According to the weight method of CRITIC,service evaluation(satisfaction)and convenience(accessibility)positively impacts students'cognition of career planning at the significant level of 0.01,indicating that the higher students'satisfaction with the consulting services provided by counselors is,the clearer their cognition of career planning is.
