在高等教育日益发展的今天,提高学生管理效率、优化学生体验、促进学生全面发展成为亟待解决的问题.为探析精细化管理方法在学生管理中的应用效果,以调研问卷的形式进行实证研究.结果显示,精细化管理方法显著优化了学生管理流程,提升了服务质量与资源利用效率,提升了学生的满意度,并促进了学生行为的积极改善.通过应用精细化管理方法,高校能够更好地满足学生需求,提升管理效率,营造积极健康的学习环境,推动学生全面成长与发展.
Abstract
With the development of higher education,improving the efficiency of student management,optimizing student experience and promoting the overall development of students have become urgent problems to be solved.In order to explore the application effect of fine management method in student management,the study conducts empirical research with survey questionnaire.The results show that the refined management method significantly optimizes the student management process,improves the service quality and resource utilization efficiency,enhances the student satisfaction,and promotes the positive improvement of student behavior.By applying refined management methods,colleges and universities can better meet the needs of students,improve management efficiency,create positive and healthy learning environment,and promote the overall growth and development of students.
