摘要
为培养具备全面素养的新时代大学生,探索基于OBE理念的思政教学实践效果.结果显示,运用OBE理念的思政课程教学与学生学习成果、综合能力及教学质量显著正相关,该教学模式有效提升了学生的知识掌握能力与思想认识水平,显著增强了学生的创造力、解决问题能力与批判性思维能力,学生普遍认可该教学模式在教学内容与方法、课堂互动方面的表现.为进一步提升OBE理念在思政课教学中的效果,高校应持续加强对OBE理念的普及与培训,确保教师深入理解并有效应用,教师应不断探索与创新教学方法,激发学生的学习兴趣与主动性,建立健全的教学评估与反馈机制,及时了解学生的学习效果,为教学改革提供科学依据.
Abstract
In order to cultivate college students with all-round accomplishment in the new era,the study explores the practice effect of ideological and political teaching based on OBE concept.The results show that the teaching of ideological and political courses based on OBE concept has significant positive correlation with students'learning outcomes,comprehensive ability and teaching quality.This teaching mode effectively improves students'knowledge mastery ability and ideological understanding level;and significantly enhances students'creativity,problem-solving ability and critical thinking ability.Students generally recognize the performance of this teaching mode in teaching content and methods,as well as classroom interaction.In order to further improve the effect of OBE concept in ideological and political teaching,colleges and universities should continue to strengthen the popularization and training of OBE concept to ensure teachers'in-depth understanding and effective application.Teachers should constantly explore and innovate teaching methods,stimulate students'learning interest and initiative,establish a sound teaching evaluation and feedback mechanism,and timely know students'learning effects,so as to provide scientific basis for teaching reform.
