摘要

磁性流体是一种功能化的纳米级智能材料,可以通过磁场改变自身流体状态,目前已被大规模应用并实现了工业化及产业化.综述了纳米Fe3O4的制备方式及水基磁性流体、酯基磁性流体、烃基磁性流体、全氟聚醚油基磁性流体等不同基液磁性流体的制备方法,介绍了磁性流体在密封、扬声器、阻尼抛光、生物医学等领域中的应用及主要的生产企业与产品.

Abstract

Magnetic fluid is a functionalized nanoscale intelligent material.It is possible to change its own fluid state through a magnetic field,and it has been widely applied and industrialized.The study focuses on the preparation methods of nano Fe3O4 and different base fluid magnetic fluids,such as water-based magnetic fluids,ester based magnetic fluids,hydrocarbon based magnetic fluids,and perfluoropolyether oil-based magnetic fluids.Then the study introduces the enterprises,products,and application status of magnetic fluids in key fields such as sealing,speaker,damping polishing,and biomedical fields.
