摘要
在建筑能耗较大、城市土地资源紧张的背景下,城市公共建筑更新改造成为城市发展的新趋势.分析了城市公共建筑的功能和改造潜力,建立相应的评价指标体系,从建筑完整、节能优化、文化历史、社会经济等方面对城市公共建筑功能及改造潜力进行评价,提出相应的评价细则,以推动城市公共建筑更新改造的发展.
Abstract
Under the background of large building energy consumption and tight urban land resources,urban public building renovation has become a new trend of urban development.The study analyzes the function and renovation potential of urban public buildings;establishes corresponding evaluation index system;evaluates the function and renovation potential of urban public buildings from building integrity,energy saving optimization,culture and history,and social economy,etc.;and puts forward the corresponding evaluation rules,so as to promote the development of urban public buildings renewal and renovation.
