摘要

探究空气减震鹅颈在大件运输车辆车组组合中的减震效能.从A公司的大件运输物流项目入手,在保证固定运输线路、固定货物、固定运输周期及足够运输量的情况下设计了 3组对照实验、1组模拟实验,采用统计学方法,使用变异系数作为衡量指标,利用对比分析法,对空气减震鹅颈在每组实验中各个大件运输车辆车组组合的减震效果进行评估,得出空气减震鹅颈对普通车板具有显著的减震作用,优化了 A公司现有的车组组合.

Abstract

The study explores the shock absorption efficiency of air shock absorption goose neck in the combination of large transport vehicles.Starting from the large cargo transportation logistics project of company A,under the condition of ensuring fixed transportation lines,fixed goods,fixed transportation cycle,and sufficient transportation volume,3 groups of control experiments and 1 group of simulation experiments are designed.Through using statistical methods,the coefficient of variation is used as a measurement index,and the comparative analysis method is used to evaluate the damping effect of each large cargo transportation vehicle group combination of experiments in each group.It is concluded that the air shock absorption goose neck has significant shock absorption effect on the ordinary car plate,and based on this,the existing car set combination of company A is optimized.
