摘要
变径管道是复合材料加工中常见的工件,其生产需要进行打磨,以确保表面光滑度和精度.传统的人工打磨方式效率低下,精度不高,劳动强度大,采用自动化机械进行复合材料变径管道打磨,对打磨技术、自动化机械、复合材料和变径管道进行分析,对比手工打磨和自动化机械打磨效果发现自动化机械打磨具有更高的效率和一致性,能够提高生产效率和产品质量.设计了一个基于PLC控制系统的自动化机械系统,实现了复合材料变径管道的自动化打磨.实验表明,该系统能够有效提高打磨效率,保证打磨精度,减少人力成本,提高生产效率.
Abstract
Reducing pipe is a common part in composite material process,which requires grinding in production to ensure its surface smoothness and precision.Traditional manual grinding method is inefficient,low precision and labor intensive.Hence,automated machinery is used to polish the composite reducer pipe.Sanding technology,automated machinery,composites and reducer pipes are analyzed,and the effects of manual sanding and automated machinery sanding are compared.It is found that the automated machinery sanding has higher efficiency and consistency,which can improve the productivity and product quality.A automated mechanical system based on PLC control system is designed to realize the automated grinding of composite reducer pipes.Through experimental verification,the system can effectively improve the grinding efficiency,ensure the grinding accuracy,reduce labor costs,and improve production efficiency.
