摘要

机械设备监测及故障诊断是维护企业安全、稳定生产的重要保证,对于企业长期可持续发展具有重要意义.需采取科学的监测及故障诊断方法保证机械设备稳定运行,对机械设备状态进行定期评估,及时发现并处理设备问题.分析了几种常用的设备监测诊断技术,探讨了机械设备监测与故障诊断的发展趋势,设计了一套监测及故障诊断系统,以期有效监测机械设备运行状态,提高设备运行的稳定性、可靠性.

Abstract

Mechanical equipment monitoring and fault diagnosis is an important guarantee to maintain the safety and stable production of enterprises.It is of great significance for the long-term sustainable development of enterprises.It is necessary to adopt scientific monitoring and fault diagnosis methods to ensure the stable operation of mechanical equipment,regularly evaluate the status of mechanical equipment,and timely discover and deal with equipment problems.The study analyzes several common equipment monitoring and diagnosis techniques,discusses the development trend of mechanical equipment monitoring and fault diagnosis,and designs a monitoring and fault diagnosis system,so as to effectively monitor the running state of mechanical equipment,and improve the stability and reliability of equipment operation.
