摘要
为构建一套科学有效的安全风险评估体系,针对城市轨道交通运营存在的问题,结合实际情况,引入熵权法作为评估工具,对运营过程中的各类风险进行量化评估,构建了基于熵权法的城市轨道交通运营安全风险评估体系,通过专家实证分析,计算出各级风险指标的权重分布.结果表明,在一级指标权重中,乘客因素>设备因素>管理因素>环境因素.其中二级指标中的安全知识储备、人员管理因素和车辆系统管理等关键因素的权重较高,表明这些方面对提升运营安全至关重要.此结果可为优化城市轨道交通运营安全管理提供参考.
Abstract
In order to establish a set of scientific and effective safety risk assessment system,the study combines with the actual situation,introduces entropy weight method as an assessment tool,conducts quantitative assessment of various risks in the operation process,and builds an urban rail transit operation safety risk assessment system based on entropy weight method according to the existing problems of urban rail transit operation,and calculates the weight distribution of all levels of risk indicators through empirical analysis by experts.The results show that,in the first level index weight,the ranking is passenger factor>equipment factor>management factor>environment factor.The key factors,such as safety knowledge reserve,personnel management factors and vehicle system management,weight great in the secondary index,indicating that these aspects are crucial to improving operational safety.This result can provide reference for optimizing the safety management of urban rail transit operation.
