中药漱口水在口腔疾病患者中的应用及常用中药材的药理作用

摘要
以中国知网为平台对中药漱口水在口腔疾病患者中的应用及其常用中药材的药理作用进行归纳总结,发现中药漱口水在牙周炎、化疗并发口腔黏膜炎、危重患者、脑血管疾病患者、牙齿矫正患者的口腔问题上均有较好的应用效果.中药材在漱口水方中的药理作用有抑制口腔细菌和口臭、收敛止血、消肿抗炎等作用.归纳分析结果表明,中药漱口水的副作用小,可长期使用,并具有很好的应用前景.但由于其制备工艺不够完善,缺乏疗效观察,还需对其进行深入系统地研究,以使中药漱口水被科学、广泛地应用于临床治疗与人们的健康生活中.
Abstract
The study uses CNKI as a platform to summarize the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash and the pharmacological effects of commonly used traditional Chinese medicines.It is found that traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash has good effect on periodontitis,oral mucositis complicated by chemotherapy,critically ill patients,patients with cerebrovascular diseases,and patients with orthodontic oral problems.The pharmacological effects of Chinese medicinal materials in mouthwash have the effects of inhibiting oral bacteria and halitosis,astringent hemostasis,detumescence and anti-inflammatory,etc.The results of summary and analysis show that the side effects of traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash are small.It can be used for a long time,and has a good application prospect.However,due to the imperfect preparation process and the lack of curative effect observation,it is still necessary to conduct in-depth and systematic research,so that Chinese medicine mouthwash can be scientifically and widely used in clinical treatment and people's healthy life.
