摘要
受用地条件的限制,湖南省山丘区农村切坡建房现象普遍存在,由此产生了大量的地质灾害隐患.为研究湖南省切坡建房引发的地质灾害发育特征,探讨了切坡建房现状,分析了切坡建房引发的地质灾害规模、物质组成、变形活动、灾情和险情、危害方式等特征,研究地质灾害与降雨、切坡工程活动、地形地貌、岩土体类型、斜坡结构、植被等相关因素的关系,总结地质灾害的发生规律,结果表明湖南山丘区切坡建房引发的地质灾害危害严重,提出抓好源头管控、抓措施到位及做好制度建设等防范措施,为地质灾害防治提供参考.
Abstract
Due to the limitation of land use conditions,the phenomenon of cutting slope building in rural hilly areas of Hunan Province is widespread,resulting in a large number of hidden hazards of geological disasters.In order to study the development characteristics of geological disasters caused by slope cutting construction in Hunan Province,the study explores the current situation of slope cutting construction;analyzes the characteristics of scale,material composition,deformation activities,disaster situation and danger,and hazard modes of geological disasters caused by slope cutting construction;analyzes the relationships between geological disasters and related factors,such as rainfall,slope cutting engineering activities,topography and geomorphology,rock and soil mass types,slope structure,and vegetation,etc;and summarizes the occurrence rule of geological disasters.Prevention measures,such as source control,measures in place and system construction,are put forward to provide reference for geological disaster prevention and control.
