摘要

复杂环境条件下大跨连续钢桁梁顶推施工工序繁多,工艺复杂,风险源众多.以北方某跨黄河大型桥梁工程为依托,充分考虑大跨钢桁梁结构特点及周边复杂环境条件,采用层次分析法对顶推施工全过程的风险源进行识别并建立层次分析模型,采用三角模糊数法对顶推施工各级风险源权重进行计算,运用模糊综合评判法确定顶推施工风险等级,实现了复杂环境条件下大跨连续钢桁梁顶推施工定量化风险评估及分析,避免了评估专家的主观性,解决了单纯理论计算的客观性问题,根据风险分析结果提出针对性的施工风险管控措施,为钢桁梁顶推施工安全提供了保障.

Abstract

In the complex environment,the construction process of large-span continuous steel truss girder launching is characterized by numerous steps,intricate techniques,and a multitude of risk sources.The study is anchored on a major bridge project crossing the Yellow River in the north,and fully takes the structural features of large-span steel truss girders and the surrounding complex environmental conditions into account.Initially,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is employed to identify the risk sources throughout the launching construction process to establish an AHP model.Subsequently,the method of triangular fuzzy numbers is utilized to calculate the weights of risk sources at various levels.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to determine the risk level of the launching construction,achieving a quantitative risk assessment and analysis under complex environmental conditions for the large-span continuous steel truss girder launching construction.This approach not only circumvents the subjectivity of evaluators,but also addresses the objectivity issue inherent in purely theoretical calculations.Based on the results of the risk analysis,targeted construction risk control measures are proposed,ensuring the safety of the steel truss girder launching construction.
