沈阳市社区失能老人上门康护服务问题分析

摘要
以沈阳市社区失能老人为调研对象,利用问卷调研法收集数据,分析社区上门康护服务存在的问题.研究结果显示,沈阳市社区失能老人上门康护服务存在供需失衡、护理人员专业化服务水平不足、服务内容与形式不完善等问题.基于此,提出增加社区上门康护服务供给,提升护理人员专业化服务水平,完善服务的内容与方式,建立健全服务监管机制等解决措施,以期为相关部门制定政策提供参考.
Abstract
The study selects disabled elderly in the communities in Shenyang as the research objects,collects data with questionnaire survey method,and analyzes the existing problems of community home rehabilitation service.The results show that there are some problems in the on-site rehabilitation service of disabled elderly in Shenyang City,such as unbalance of supply and demand,insufficient professional service level of nursing staff,and imperfect service content and form,etc.Based on this,it is suggested to increase the supply of community home health care service,promote the professional service level of nursing staff,improve the content and mode of service,and establish and improve the service supervision mechanism,etc.,so as to provide reference for relevant departments to formulate policies.
