我国医养结合养老模式研究现状及趋势——基于CiteSpace 6.1.6的知识图谱分析

摘要
为理清并客观把握我国医养结合养老领域内的研究重点及发展趋势,以2013-2023 年收录于CNKI的核心期刊与CSSCI数据库中关于医养结合的648 篇文献为研究对象,使用 CiteSpace 6.1.6 软件绘制知识图谱,内容包括年度发文量、关键词共现、关键词聚类与突现词等.结果显示,我国医养结合养老领域年度发文数量总体呈上升趋势,研究热点可归纳为养老模式、机构养老与智慧养老等,"养老服务""老年人""养老机构""养老模式"老龄化"等内容受到广泛且持续的关注.医养结合养老模式已发展为家庭、社区及医院多部门联动的态势,通过政府引导更多的社会资源注入将会为未来医养结合产业快速发展提供保障.
Abstract
In order to clear up and objectively grasp the research focus and development trend in the combination of medical and nursing care for the elderly in China,648 papers on the combination of medical and nursing care for the elderly included in CNKI core journals and CSSCI database from 2013 to 2023 were taken as research objects,and CiteSpace 6.1.6 software was used to draw the knowledge map.The contents include the number of annual publications,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering and emergent words,etc.The results show that the number of annual documents issued in medical and elderly care in China is generally on the rise.The research hotspots can be summarized as elderly care model,institutional elderly care and intelligent elderly care,etc.The contents of"elderly care service""the elderly""elderly care institutions""elderly care mode"and"aging"have received extensive and continuous attention.The medical and nursing care combination mode for the elderly has developed into a multi-sectoral linkage among families,communities and hospitals.The injection of more social resources guided by the government will provide guarantee for the rapid development of medical and nursing care combination industry in the future.
