社会医学视角下社区养老卫生服务保障体系的构建与优化研究

基于社会医学视角了解社区养老卫生服务现状,随机对曾在陕西省西安市碑林区社区卫生服务中心就诊的老年人进行问卷调查.结果表明,整体上,社区养老卫生服务质量处于中等偏上水平,医疗设施维度和养老环境维度相对薄弱,是受访老年人认为最需要优化的两个方面.由相关性分析可知,受访老年人的满意度与社区养老卫生服务的便捷性、服务态度、服务公平性、医疗设施情况及养老环境显著相关(P<0.05).需改善社区养老卫生服务的医疗设施条件,优化服务环境,强化服务的便捷性,提高服务水平,定期对其服务质量进行评估和改进,有效促进医养结合养老服务的发展,才能使社区养老服务体系更加完备和健全,从而更好地满足老年人多样化的养老需求.
Abstract
Based on the social medical perspective,the study analyzes the status quo of community health services for the aged,conducts a random questionnaire survey among the elderly who had been treated in the community health service center of Bilin District,Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province.The results show that,on the whole,the quality of community elderly care health service is above the medium level,and medical facilities and elderly care environment are relatively weak,which are the two aspects that the surveyed elderly people think need to be mostly optimized.Correlation analysis show that the satisfaction of the surveyed elderly is significantly correlated with the convenience,service attitude,service equity,medical facilities and elderly care environment of the community elderly care service(P<0.05).It is necessary to improve the medical facility conditions of community elderly care health service,optimize the service environment,strengthen the convenience of service,improve the service level,regularly evaluate and improve the service quality,and effectively promote the development of medical care combined with elderly care services,so as to make the community elderly care service system more complete and sound,and better meet the diversified needs of the elderly.
