摘要

随着教育事业改革步入新阶段,构建"研-教-业"三位一体的人才培养模式成为新时代人才培养与优化的重要课题.通过解构"研-教-业"人才培养体系的影响要素及其作用关系构建系统动力学模型并进行仿真分析,预测对应情境下高校多方面举措对"研-教-业"人才培养体系构建的影响.数值仿真预测结果表明,高校"研-教-业"人才培养体系构建受多重因素影响,可积极尝试科研上引进高新技术、教学上优化教学方式、专业上优化专业结构等举措,不断完善并优化人才培养体系.

Abstract

With the reform and development of education undertaking entering a new stage,constructing the trinity model of"research-teach-industry"is an important topic for the construction and optimization of talent training system in the new era.Therefore,by deconstructing the influencing factors of the"research-education-industry"talent training system and the relationship between them,the research builds a system dynamic model,conducts simulation analysis,and predicts the influence of various measures of colleges and universities on the construction of the"research-education-industry"talent training system under corresponding circumstances.The numerical simulation results show that the construction of the"research-education-industry"talent training system in colleges and universities is affected by multiple factors,so we can actively try to optimize the talent training system by introducing new and high technology in scientific research,optimizing teaching methods in teaching,and optimizing professional structure in majors.
