摘要
为研究社会网络对职业选择的影响机制及社会网络求职渠道在其中的中介效应,采用 2018 年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据开展相关实证分析.研究结果表明,社会网络对职业选择有显著的积极影响,个体的社会网络较强时,其选择自雇就业的概率就要高于选择受雇就业的概率.社会网络对社会网络求职渠道有显著的积极影响,社会网络求职渠道对职业选择有显著的积极影响,社会网络求职渠道在社会网络对职业选择的积极影响中发挥部分中介作用.基于此,个体在职业发展过程中应积极培养社交技能,多渠道建立与持续维护人脉.同时,个体应建立多元化的求职渠道,避免过度依赖社会网络求职渠道.
Abstract
In order to study the influence mechanism of social network on career choice and the mediating effect of social network job search channels,the data of 2018 China Household Tracking Survey(CFPS)is used to carry out relevant empirical analysis.The results show that social networks have significant positive influence on career choice.When the individual's social network is strong,the probability of choosing self-employment is higher than the probability of choosing employment.Social network has significant positive influence on social network job search channels.Social network job search channels have significant positive impact on career choice.Social network job search channels play a partial mediating role in the positive impact of social network on career choice.Based on this,individuals should actively cultivate social skills in the process of career development,and establish and maintain contacts through multiple channels.Individuals should establish diversified job search channels,and reduce the dependence on social network job search channels.
