在乡村振兴背景下调研农村小学全科教师专业素养提升现状,根据量化分析结果探讨并提出提升其专业素养的策略.由描述性统计结果可知,乡村振兴背景下农村小学全科教师的专业素养处于中上水平,说明在乡村振兴的助推下农村小学全科教师的专业素养明显提升,能够获取教育方面的资源和力量.从各维度来看,专业理念与师德、专业知识和专业能力的均值均高于理论中值,但专业知识能力水平相对还有一定的提升空间.为此,各级教育行政部门应优化培训安排,引导全科教师主动反思;地方政府应牵头,鼓励农村小学全科教师积极参与,挖掘农村小学的后发优势进行教学实践,从而推动农村小学全科教师不断学习成长,不断提升专业素养与职业认同感.
Abstract
In the context of rural revitalization,the study investigates the current situation of the improvement of the professional quality of general teachers in rural primary schools,and discusses and proposes the strategies for improving their professional quality according to the quantitative analysis results.Results of descriptive statistics show that the professional quality of general teachers in rural primary schools is above the average level under the background of rural revitalization,indicating that the professional quality of general teachers in rural primary schools has been significantly improved under the boost of rural revitalization,and they can obtain educational resources and strength.From the perspective of each dimension,the mean value of professional concept,teacher ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability is higher than the theoretical median value,but the level of professional knowledge and ability still needs to be improved.Therefore,education administrative departments at all levels should optimize training arrangements,and guide general teachers to reflect actively.Local governments should take the lead to encourage the active participation of general teachers in rural primary schools,and explore the further advantages of rural primary schools for teaching practice,so as to promote the continuous learning and growth of general teachers in rural primary schools,and constantly improve their professional quality and professional identity.
