数字经济背景下高校毕业生参与新就业形态的优化路径

摘要
对数字经济背景下高校毕业生参与新就业形态的现状进行分析.结果表明,参与新就业形态的高校毕业生数量在显著增加,就业形式从相对静态向多元化转变,但尚未建立完善的就业保障体系,高校毕业生的就业保障体系仍不健全.为进一步优化高校毕业生参与新就业形态,相关政府部门应完善新就业形态的社会保障制度,健全高校毕业生的就业保障体系,高校也应积极完善人才培养体系,加强对新就业形态的培训,提高毕业生的就业水平和认知水平.
Abstract
The study analyzes the current situation of college graduates'participation in new employment forms under the background of digital economy.The results show that the number of college graduates participating in the new employment forms has increased significantly,and the employment form has changed from relatively static to diversified,which has enriched the employment forms of graduates.But a perfect employment security system has not been established,and the employment security system of college graduates is not perfect.In order to further optimize the participation of college graduates in new employment forms,relevant government departments should improve the social security system of new employment forms,and promote the employment quality of college graduates.Colleges and universities should also actively improve the personnel training system,strengthen the training of new employment forms,and improve the employment level and cognition level of graduates.
