文化传承对高校创新创业人才培养的影响

摘要
在创新创业背景下将传统文化与创新创业教育相结合是高校人才培养的重要议题,因此本研究聚焦文化传承对高校创新创业人才培养的影响.通过描述性统计发现,文化传承教育在创新创业能力各维度上对受访学生产生积极影响,各项能力的均值均有所提升,且标准差普遍降低.通过配对样本t检验发现,参与文化传承活动的受访学生在创新思维能力、团队合作能力、执行力、学习与适应能力及市场洞察力等方面均有显著提升,这一结果表明文化传承活动能够有效激发受访学生的创新思维,强化其团队协作能力和执行力,提升其市场洞察力,对创新创业能力的培养具有积极推动作用.高校应继续探索并推广将文化传承融入创新创业教育的模式,以培养更多具备创新精神和创业能力的优秀人才.
Abstract
In the context of innovation and entrepreneurship,the combination of traditional culture and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important issue in college talent training.The study focuses on the influence of cultural inheritance on the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities.Descriptive statistics show that cultural inheritance education has positive impact on the surveyed students in all dimensions of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and the mean value of each ability has increased,while the standard deviation has generally decreased.Paired sample t test shows that the interviewed students who participate in cultural inheritance activities show significant improvement in innovative thinking ability,teamwork ability,executive ability,learning and adaptation ability,and market insight,etc.The result indicates that cultural inheritance activities can effectively stimulate the innovative thinking of the interviewed students,strengthen their teamwork ability and executive power,enhance their market insight,and play a positive role in promoting the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Universities should continue to explore and promote the mode of the integration of cultural inheritance into innovation and entrepreneurship education,so as to cultivate more outstanding talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.
