摘要

为了解教师主导与师生合作相结合的思政课程教学效果,随机选取陕西省西安市某高校学生进行问卷调查.随机将受访学生分为实验组和对照组,实验组思政课程的授课形式为教师主导与师生合作相结合,对照组为单一的教师主导式授课模式.结果表明,大多数受访学生对思政课程教学内容的满意度处于中等水平,但对教学方法的满意度较低,且对教学方法的评价存在较大差异.干预实验结果显示,除思想品德素养培养维度外,实验组各维度上得分均显著高于对照组,表明教师主导与师生合作相结合的思政教学模式较单一的教师主导式教学模式更能提高思政课程的教学效果.为此,应在思政课程中积极引入教师主导与师生合作相结合的教学模式,开展思政课程实践教学活动,发挥教师主导作用的同时注重对学生的启发与引导,以进一步提高思政课程的教学效果.

Abstract

In order to know the teaching effect of teacher-student cooperation in ideological and political courses,the study randomly selects students in a university in Xi'an,Shaanxi Province to conduct a questionnaire survey.The interviewed students are randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The teaching mode of ideological and political courses in the experimental group is a combination of teacher-student cooperation,while the control group is a single teacher-led teaching mode.The results show that most of the interviewed students'satisfaction with the teaching content of ideological and political courses is in the middle level,but their satisfaction with the teaching methods is low.There are great differences in the evaluation of the teaching methods.The results of the intervention experiment show that the scores of the experimental group are significantly higher than those of the control group in all dimensions except ideological and moral quality cultivation,indicating that the combination of teacher-student cooperation could improve the teaching effect of ideological and political courses better than the single teacher-led ideological and political teaching mode.Therefore,it is necessary to actively introduce teacher-led teaching mode combined with teacher-student cooperation in ideological and political courses,conduct practical teaching activities of ideological and political courses,fully play the leading role of teachers,and pay attention to the inspiration and guidance of students,so as to further improve the teaching effect of ideological and political courses.
