基于OBE理念的高校经济管理类实验室运营的影响因素分析

摘要
经济管理类实验室是培养学生实践能力的重要平台,其建设和运营效果直接影响着经济管理类人才的培养质量.基于OBE理念深入分析高校经济管理类实验室运营效果的影响因素.结果显示,设备完善程度、课程设置及学生参与度是影响实验室运营效果的重要因素,这些因素的优化能够显著提升实验室的运营效果,并为学生提供更加优质的学习体验.尽管师资力量并未显示出显著影响,但不能忽视其在实验室运营中的重要作用.基于此,应持续投入实验设备,优化课程设计,激发学生参与热情,以优化高校经济管理类实验室的运营.
Abstract
Economic management laboratory is an important platform to train students'practical ability.Its construction and operation effect directly affect the quality of training of economic management talents.Based on the concept of OBE,the study deeply analyzes the influencing factors of the operation effect of economic management laboratories in universities.The results show that the degree of equipment perfection,curriculum setting and student participation are important influencing factors of the laboratory operation effect,and the optimization of these factors can significantly improve the laboratory operation effect and provide students with better learning experience.Although the faculty does not show significant impact,its important role in laboratory operation cannot be ignored.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously invest to improve the equipment,optimize the course design,and stimulate the enthusiasm of students'participation so as to optimize the operation of economic management laboratories in colleges and universities.
