"岗课赛证"视域下职业院校育人策略及其效果评估——以计算机网络技术专业为例
Education Strategy of Vocational Colleges and its Effect Evaluation from the Perspective of "Post,Course,Competition and Certificate"——Through Taking Computer Network Technology as an Example

摘要
以"岗课赛证"为主线,在该视域下以职业院校的育人发展为重点,以计算机网络技术专业在校学生为调研对象设计相关问卷,以问卷的结果为基础运用描述性统计分析与相关性分析等统计分析方法研究"岗课赛证"视域下的育人效果.研究结果显示,"岗课赛证"视域下职业院校在职业或学科竞赛育人方面效果有待提升,大部分学生希望职业院校对实践教学与竞赛组织两方面育人策略进行完善.基于此,提出加强对竞赛的组织与宣传,完善人才培养体系,加强对"岗课赛证"的宣传等策略,以期提升学生对"岗课赛证"的认知水平,进一步提高职业院校应用型人才的培养质量.
Abstract
The study takes"Post,Course,Competition and Certificate"as the main line;focuses on the education and development of vocational colleges in this perspective;designs relevant questionnaires with students majoring in computer network technology as the research objects;and analyzes education effect under the perspective of"Post,Course,Competition and Certificate"with statistical analysis methods,such as descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis,based on the results of the questionnaires.The results show that the effect of vocational colleges in vocational or discipline competition education under the perspective of"Post,Course,Competition and Certificate"needs to be improved.Most students hope that vocational colleges can improve the two education strategies of practical teaching and competition organization.Based on this,it is suggested to strengthen the organization and publicity of the competition,improve the talent training system,and promote the publicity of the post course competition certificate,etc.,so as to improve the students'cognition level of"Post Course Competition Certificate",and further improve the training quality of applied talents in vocational colleges.
