职业教育数字化转型中的数字素养培育模式讨论

为探索职业教育数字化转型中的数字素养培育模式对学生的影响及其优化路径,以道路与桥梁工程技术专业学生为例,采用问卷分析方法开展讨论.结果表明,大多数受访学生在各维度上都表现出较高的数字素养,数字素养培育模式在提升受访学生各维度数字能力上的总体效果较好.其中,受访学生中数字技能维度的均值较高,反映出学生对基本技能的掌握良好.数字安全、数字能力和数字创新维度的表现较为均衡,仍有进一步改进的空间.相关性分析结果显示,数字素养各维度间具有显著的相关性,存在着紧密的联系.权重分析显示,数字技能维度在整体数字素养中占据最高比重.聚类分析显示,在数字素养评价上受访学生明显分为两个类别,为个性化教育和支持策略提供了理论依据.综合分析结果显示,可以在教育内容设计上平衡基础与创新教育元素,加强跨学科和实践教育的整合,优化教学评估和反馈机制,为职业教育数字化转型中数字素养培育模式的优化和发展提供实质性支持.
Abstract
In order to explore the influence of digital literacy cultivation mode on students in the digital transformation of vocational education and its optimization path,the study takes students of road and bridge engineering technology major as an example,and discusses with questionnaire analysis method.The results show that most of the surveyed students show high digital literacy in all dimensions,and the overall effect of digital literacy cultivation mode is good in improving the digital ability of the surveyed students in all dimensions.Among them,the mean value of digital skills is high,which reflects that students have a good grasp of basic skills.Digital security,digital capability and digital innovation are more balanced,and they need to be improved.Results of correlation analysis show that there is significant correlation between dimensions in digital literacy,and there is a close relationship.The weight analysis shows that the dimension of digital skills occupies the highest proportion in the overall digital literacy.Cluster analysis shows that the surveyed students are obviously divided into two categories in the evaluation of digital literacy,providing a theoretical basis for personalized education and support strategies.The comprehensive analysis results can balance basic and innovative education elements in educational content design,promote the integration of interdisciplinary and practical education,optimize teaching evaluation and feedback mechanism,and provide substantial support for the optimization and development of digital literacy cultivation mode in the digital transformation of vocational education.
