摘要

探讨标准化患者对医学生临床技能发展的影响,为医学教育改革与发展提供新的教学思路和方法.选取150 名医学生作为本次研究对象,根据随机抽样法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各75 名.对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组在对照组的基础上实施标准化患者训练的教学方式,比较两组医学生的临床思维能力、临床综合能力、理论与技能考试成绩、客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)得分、医学生对教师的教学满意率.结果表明,实验组的临床思维能力评分、临床综合能力得分、理论与技能考试成绩、OSCE得分及医学生对教师的教学满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),说明标准化患者训练对促进医学教学改革和医学生临床技能发展有积极影响.

Abstract

The study explores the influence of standardized patients on the development of clinical skills of medical students,so as to provide new teaching ideas and methods for the reform and development of medical education.The study selects 150 medical students as the research objects,and randomly divides them into control group and experimental group,with 75 patients in each group.The control group conducts the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group implements the standardized teaching method of patient training on the basis of the control group.The clinical thinking ability,clinical comprehensive ability,theory and skill test scores,objective structured clinical test(OSCE)scores and the teaching satisfaction rate of medical students are compared between the two groups.The results show the scores of clinical thinking ability,clinical comprehensive ability,theory and skill test scores,OSCE scores and teaching satisfaction rate of medical students in the experimental group are significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that standardized patient training has positive impact on promoting medical teaching reform and clinical skills development of medical students.
