摘要
为探究土石坝沥青混凝土心墙优质快速施工方法,结合工程实例,从沥青混凝土配合比设计、连续铺筑施工工艺、设备配置、铺筑层厚及层间间隙时间等方面进行研究,实现了碾压式沥青混凝土心墙在南方地区的连续铺筑施工,在满足施工质量的前提下铺筑速度得到显著提升,缩短了整体施工时间,实现了快速筑坝的目的.
Abstract
In order to explore the high quality and rapid construction method of asphalt concrete core wall of earth-rock dam,through combining with engineering examples,the study analyzes the asphalt concrete mix design,continuous paving construction technology,equipment configuration,paving layer thickness and interlayer clearance time,etc.The continuous paving construction of RCC core wall in the southern region is realized,and the paving speed is significantly improved under the premise of satisfying the construction quality,the overall construction time is shortened,and the purpose of rapid dam construction is realized.
