摘要

为解决泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的配合比设计难题,应用修正马歇尔法对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料进行配合比设计,确定级配为RAP料∶石屑∶水泥=80∶17.5∶2.5,通过重型击实法确定最佳含水率为7.5%,通过劈裂强度试验法确定水泥含量为2%~2.5%,通过间接抗拉强度ITS试验法确定泡沫沥青最佳用量为2.5%,通过浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验及静压法进一步验证了泡沫沥青的水稳定性及无侧限抗压强度,结合实际项目研究了泡沫沥青冷再生柔性基层的应用效果.结果显示,泡沫沥青冷再生柔性基层能够提高施工效率,降低施工成本,具有良好的应用效果.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of the mix design of cold recycled foam asphalt mixture,the modified Marshall method is applied to the mix design of cold recycled foam asphalt mixture,and the grading is determined as follows,RAP material∶stone chips∶cement=80∶17.5∶2.5,the best moisture content is determined to be 7.5%by heavy compaction method,the cement content is determined to be 2%~2.5%by splitting strength test method,and the best dosage of foam asphalt is determined to be 2.5%by indirect tensile strength ITS test method.The water stability and unconfined compressive strength of foamed asphalt are further verified by immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test and static pressure method.Then combined with the actual project,the practical application effect of the foam asphalt cold regenerative flexible base is studied.The results show that the foam asphalt cold regenerative flexible base can not only improve the construction efficiency,but also reduce the construction cost.It has good application effect.
