摘要
综述了植物不同生长期多酚、多糖、氨基酸和蛋白质、萜类和挥发性成分含量变化的研究现状,为药材质量评价、确定最佳采收期、合理施肥、果蔬质量控制、副产物的合理开发利用等提供理论依据.
Abstract
The changes in the contents of polyphenols,polysaccharides,amino acids and proteins,terpenes and volatile components in plants at different growth periods are reviewed.The study provides a theoretical basis for the quality evaluation of medicinal herbs,the determination of optimum harvest period,reasonable fertilization,the quality control of fruits and vegetables,and the rational development and utilization of by-products,etc.
