摘要

氚(T)作为放射性核素之一进入生态系统会威胁人类健康,因此研究土壤中氚(T)的迁移对微生物的响应机制具有重要意义.综述了氚(T)来源、性质与危害,探讨了土壤中有机氚(OBT)与微生物(某些真菌、细菌)的分布规律.在土壤中氚(T)的迁移主要是指氚化氢(HT)→氚化水(HTO)→有机氚(OBT)的过程.对于微生物真菌类,NE-OBT对子囊菌可能较为敏感,具有抑制作用,对担子菌、接合菌的发育具有促进作用.对于微生物细菌类,小于250μm的土壤颗粒粒径较适合放线菌的发育,250~2000 μm土壤颗粒粒径则较适合酸杆菌的发育,随着NE-OBT含量的增加,对变形菌、酸杆菌、放线菌显示出微弱的抑制作用.

Abstract

As one of radionuclides,tritium(T)is a threat to human health when it enters the ecosystem.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the tritium(T)migration in soil for studying the response mechanism of microorganisms.The sources,properties and hazards of tritium(T)are reviewed,and the distribution of organic tritium(OBT)and microorganisms(some fungi and bacteria)in soil is discussed.T migration in soil is mainly attributed in a process of hydrogen tritium(HT)→ tritium water(HTO)→ organic tritium(OBT).For microbial fungi,NE-OBT may be more sensitive to ascomycetes and have inhibitory effect.It can promote the development of basidiomycetes and zygomycetes.For microbial species,soil particle with a size less than 250 pm is suitable for the development of actinomyces,while the soil particle size ranging from 250 to 2 000 μm is suitable for the development of Acidobacterium.With the increase of NE-OBT content,it shows a weak inhibitory effect on proteobacteria,acidobacteria and actinomyces.
