摘要

针对装配式桥梁施工中常见的墩柱初始偏位问题,总结了典型的墩柱偏位类型,分析其内力特征.为进一步探究桥墩施工偏位对桥梁结构力学性能的影响,以临沂至某地高速公路工程30 m跨径装配式简支梁桥为研究对象,考虑承载能力、正常使用极限状态两种荷载组合及车辆中载、偏载两种荷载工况,基于杆系有限元模型,定量分析不同偏位形式和偏位尺寸对桥梁典型内力指标的影响.结果表明,桥墩初始偏位由于改变了墩柱局部构型,对桥梁墩底弯矩影响较大,对简支梁桥的支点剪力和跨中弯矩影响相对较小,桥墩偏位后桥梁结构内力对车辆布载位置较为敏感.

Abstract

According to the common initial deviation problem of pier column in prefabricated bridge construction,the typical types of pier column deviation are summarized,and the internal force characteristics are analyzed.In order to further explore the influence of bridge pier construction deviation on bridge structure mechanical properties,the study takes highway engineering 30 m span prefabricated simple beam bridge from Linyi to Tengzhou as the research object;considers the carrying capacity,normal use limit state of two load combination and vehicle load,partial load condition;and quantitatively analyzes different deviation form and deviation size on the typical internal force index of the bridge based on the rod system finite element model.The results show that the initial deviation of the bridge pier changes the local configuration of the pier column,and after the deviation of the bridge pier,the internal force of the bridge structure is more sensitive to the load position of vehicles.
