摘要

新浇筑大体积混凝土的水化热效应会导致结构内外部温度分布不均匀,结构内外产生应力差异,进而引发施工裂缝问题.采用MATLAB遗传算法与ANSYS二次开发建立温度场反演分析模型,成功反演出关键热学参数,将其应用于某高架桥承台中,结果表明,该方法与实测数据误差小于10%,验证了其有效性.

Abstract

The hydration heat effect of newly poured large volume concrete can lead to uneven temperature distribution inside and outside the structure,resulting in stress differences inside and outside the structure,which may lead to crack problems during construction.The study uses MATLAB genetic algorithm and ANSYS secondary development to establish a temperature field inversion analysis model,successfully inverts key thermal parameters.In the application of a certain elevated bridge pier,the error between this method and the measured data is less than 10%,which verifies its effectiveness.
