为切实保障城市轨道交通的安全稳定运行,针对其中的各种风险因素构建一个多层次的评价指标体系,通过构建判断矩阵、计算权重及一致性检验,对各因素的相对重要性进行量化评估,得出了各一级指标的权重排序.结果表明,人为风险因素在城市轨道交通运营安全中占据首要地位,其次是设备风险因素和管理风险因素,而环境风险因素虽然重要但权重相对较低,此结果可为保障城市轨道交通的安全运营提供参考.
Abstract
In order to guarantee the safe and stable operation of urban rail transit,the study constructs a multi-level evaluation index system according to various risk factors;quantitatively evaluates the relative importance of each factor through constructing judgment matrix,weight calculation and consistency test;and obtains the weight ranking of each level index.The results show that human risk factors occupy the primary position in the operation safety of urban rail transit,followed by equipment risk factors and management risk factor.While environmental risk factors are important but relatively low weight.This result can provide reference for the safe operation of urban rail transit.
