摘要

探究康复功能训练对人工膝关节置换术后患者活动功能及生活质量的影响.选取200例进行人工膝关节置换手术的患者作为本次研究样本,将其分为对照组与实验组.对两组患者的术后疼痛评分、临床症状、膝关节活动度、膝关节功能HSS评分、患肢肿胀程度、干预前后炎症因子水平和并发症发生情况以及生活质量评分进行对比.结果显示,干预后,实验组的VAS疼痛评分、患肢肿胀、疼痛程度、干预前后炎性因子水平以及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);关节活动范围评分、临床症状、膝关节活动度、膝关节功能HSS评分和生活质量等均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),说明康复功能训练在减轻患者术后疼痛程度、改善临床症状、提高膝关节活动度以及预防并发症等方面具有显著作用.

Abstract

The study explores the effect of rehabilitation function training on mobility function and quality of life of patients after knee arthroplasty.The study selects 200 patients undergoing artificial knee replacement surgery as the samples of this study;divides them into control group and experimental group;and compares postoperative pain score,clinical symptoms,knee joint motion,knee joint function HSS score,swelling degree of affected limb,levels of inflammatory factors,complications before and after intervention,and quality of life score of the two groups.The results show that after intervention,VAS pain score,swelling of affected limb,pain degree,level of inflammatory factors before and after intervention,and incidence of complications in experimental group are significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Joint range of motion score,clinical symptoms,knee joint range of motion,knee joint function HSS score and quality of life are significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).This indicates that rehabilitation function training plays a significant role in reducing the degree of postoperative pain,improving clinical symptoms,increasing knee mobility and preventing complications.
