中医视域下马王堆导引术的研究现状与未来研究创新点探讨

摘要
导引作为一种医疗保健形式早在尧舜时代已经流行开来,马王堆导引图是我国现存最早的医疗体操图,作为治疗疾病的一种方法,导引是后世五禽戏等养生功法的依据.梳理了 50年来马王堆导引术研究的中医内涵,总结了现代科学对其的相关研究,挖掘其蕴藏的医学功用与养生价值,展望了未来的创新发展方向,讨论其特有的美学价值与心理健康价值并与数字化相结合、以交互设计为创新发展的可能性.
Abstract
As a form of medical care,guidance has been popular as early as the Yao and Shun Ara.Mawangdui guidance diagram is the earliest existing medical gymnastics diagram in China.As a way to treat diseases,guiding is the basis of later generations of the Wuqin play and other health exercises.The study analyzes the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine in the research of Mawangdui guidance technique in the past 50 years,summarizes the related research of modern science on it,excavates its hidden medical function and health value,looks forward to the future direction of innovation and development,discusses its unique aesthetic value and mental health value,and discusses the possibility of combining with digitalization and using interactive design as innovation and development.
