摘要

探讨无缝隙流程化闭环模式在血管外科介入手术患者中的应用效果.选择血管外科接受介入手术的150例患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各75例患者.比较两组患者的手术指标、护理前后的疼痛评分、消极情绪、护理水平以及护理满意度.结果表明,与对照组相比,实验组的手术准备、手术时长以及术后住院时间均显著缩短,护理后疼痛和负面情绪得分均显著降低(P<0.05),实验组的护理质量和护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),说明无缝隙流程化闭环模式可以显著提升患者的手术效果和护理质量,缓解其疼痛和消极情绪,在确保手术安全的前提下优化患者的护理体验.

Abstract

The study explores the application effect of seamless flow closed-loop mode in patients undergoing vascular interventional surgery.The study selects 150 patients receiving interventional surgery in vascular surgery as the study objects;divides them into control group and experimental group,with 75 patients in each group;and compares surgical indicators,pain scores,negative emotions,nursing level and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.The results show that compared with the control group,the operation preparation,operation duration and postoperative hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly shortened,and the scores of pain and negative emotion after nursing were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).This indicates that the seamless process closed-loop model can significantly improve the patient's surgical effect and quality of care,relieve their pain and negative emotions,and optimize the patient's nursing experience under the premise of ensuring surgical safety.
